Schlüter-Systems launches DESIGN-NICHE for tiled wall areas

Schlüter-Systems has added the new DESIGN-NICHE to its portfolio to provide consumers with a functional, flexible and design-led storage solution. This prefabricated wall niche is ideal for bathrooms and can be installed at the point of construction or retrofitted.

This powder-coated storage unit for tiled wall areas is intended as a design alternative to tileable niches. Rectangular in shape, it can be installed either vertically or horizontally and is available in three sizes and a choice of five TRENDLINE colours. The DESIGN-NICHE can be flush-fitted, or protruding from the floorcovering, and the depth is adjustable allowing for personalisation to the customer’s specifications and requirements.

Lightweight for ease of installation, the product is fully waterproof and fitted with a prefabricated KERDI collar for secure waterproofing. Furthermore, all components of the set are glued together with KERDI-COLL sealing adhesive to ensure that it is fully system-compliant. It is available to all specifiers, installers, and end users within the kitchen and bathroom industry.
