Zara Oatey appointed project specification manager – North at Roca Group

Roca Group UK & Ireland has welcomed Zara Oatey as project specification manager – North, marking another step in the company’s ongoing investment in its specification team. Zara brings extensive experience from across the bathroom industry, having spent over 3 years as specification sales manager at Vado. Her career began in 2019 in a dynamic showroom environment, where she quickly discovered a passion for product-focused, solution-led design support.

“Joining Roca Group felt like the perfect next step,” says Zara. “I’ve always been drawn to the specification side of the industry – being hands-on with both products and projects. Roca’s reputation, along with the strength and prestige of the Laufen brand, really stood out to me.”

In her new role, Zara will lead specification activity across the North of England, collaborating with architects, designers and merchant partners to provide bespoke bathroom solutions for commercial and residential projects.
