Perrin & Rowe launch ‘more intuitive and easy to navigate’ website

British brassware brand Perrin & Rowe has launched its new refreshed website. Designed to offer improved navigation, better product information and imagery, specification sheets for all products and downloadable CAD files across all collections, it aims to help make sourcing and specifying for projects easier.

A number of spare parts are now available to buy directly and customers can also sign up to a six-month subscription service for replacement filters for use with instant hot and filtration taps.

The site is targeted at professional designers as well as consumers with a dedicated ‘Inspiration’ page showcasing residential and hospitality projects. A journal includes advice from designers and interviews with homeowners, and frequently asked questions around brassware styles, usage and finishes are also answered.

A dedicated section for Professionals houses a new ‘Project Builder’ tool allowing users to select numerous products and add them to as many ‘projects’ as required before exporting as PDFs to share with customers and clients. Other initiatives include two new RIBA-approved CPD courses and access to the NBS Source platform to allow professionals to easily find products for projects across the House of Rohl brands.

The website has much faster loading times and, with significant SEO improvements, the Perrin & Rowe brand will become more prominent on Google and other search engines. There are also country-specific versions for customers in France, Germany, Spain, Italy and the Middle East for the first time.

The main Perrin & Rowe website address has been integrated into a central House of Rohl site, which the company says is the next step in bringing House of Rohl to the EMEA region and bringing together its portfolio of brands (Victoria + Albert, Shaws of Darwen, Riobel and Perrin & Rowe) under one digital roof.

Fran Aukland, head of digital marketing for House of Rohl, said: “We’ve listened to feedback from our customers, interior designers and industry professionals to create a website that is more intuitive, easy to navigate and inspirational; a true reflection of the Perrin & Rowe brand. Initial feedback has been very positive with the new Spare and Subscription section proving popular.”
