How Bora's new Professional 3.0 harmonises with design

Bora has released its new Professional 3.0 modular system that can be customised to meet customer requirements, and comes with a wide range of cooktops, from surface induction and gas through to the Tepan stainless steel grill, all of which can be freely combined with the extraction system.  

With a depth of 54cm, the cooktops and cooking zones are convenient for large pots, pans, and roasters, while precise temperature control allows the grill to be heated to 250 degrees in under five minutes, saving time and energy.

All extractor functions have been optimised and aligned to automatically adjust with cooktop usage, and a quiet fan keeps the extractor barely audible even when cooking at high power levels. As an added bonus, parts encountering cooking vapours can easily be removed through the accessible, wide inlet opening and are fully dishwasher safe.
