Middleby Residential UK strengthens sales team with strategic restructuring
Middleby Residential UK has reshaped its sales organisation to deliver a simpler customer journey across its renowned portfolio and underpin ambitious growth plans for 2025 and beyond. The new structure brings every sales function under recently promoted group sales director James Cunningham, strengthening support for AGA, Rangemaster, Leisure Sinks, Rayburn, La Cornue and Novy in the UK and overseas.
Key appointments:
- Lee Harris becomes head of retail channel. Lee was previously head of Rangemaster Sales UK and will drive growth for national and independent kitchen retailers across Rangemaster’s appliances, sinks and taps portfolio. A longstanding member of the business, he brings two decades of expertise to the new role.
- Tom O’Sullivan steps up to head of trade channel. Formerly Rangemaster’s national sales manager for sinks and taps, Tom now takes responsibility for appliances, sinks and taps across the group’s trade customers, including builders’ merchants, contract distributors and buying groups.
- Seza Weston is appointed head of luxury channel (South), she will spearhead the AGA, Novy, Rayburn and La Cornue brands across southern England and Wales.
- Dipak Parmar takes on head of luxury channel (North), covering the same remit as Seza in the Midlands, north Wales, north England and Scotland.
- Sam Rogers joins as head of export, including AGA and Rangemaster, driving growth in North America and wider international markets. Sam arrives from Swiss appliance brand V ZUG, where he most recently served as retail sales director, following senior sales roles at Fisher & Paykel and Miele.
“This strategic team expansion and restructure simplifies how we serve our customers and positions every channel for the next phase of growth,” said James Cunningham, group sales director, Middleby Residential UK. “Lee, Tom, Seza, Dipak and Sam bring a powerful blend of channel knowledge and brand insight. Together they will create fresh value for our trade, retail, luxury and export partners.”
The restructure follows a comprehensive review and complements Middleby Residential UK’s 2025 growth plan, recent manufacturing investments at Rangemaster’s Leamington Spa factory and ongoing developments across the portfolio, including the new Oundle and Diss Ironworks showrooms.
