Duravit unveils new ME by Starck Hero Edition wall-mounted WC

Bathroom manufacturer Duravit has extended its longstanding collaboration with Philippe Starck to launch the ME by Starck Hero Edition wall-mounted toilet. 

Described by the company as ‘a study in simple perfection’, the new WC has been designed to combine cleanliness, freshness, comfort and safety. It features Duravit’s innovative DuraShield® glaze, which reduces deposits and eliminates 99.99 % of bacteria.

The flushing technology has also been specifically designed for both comfort and efficiency with a rotational flush that cleans the bowl quietly, even when using only a minimum of water. In combination with the rimless design, the inner surface remains free of deposits, smooth and easy to maintain. In addition to the hygiene and technical features, Duravit says focus has also been placed on the daily user experience with the ergonomically shaped toilet seat aiming to offer a high level of comfort while also being simple to remove for cleaning.
