TKC’s Customer Experience Centre complete after £300K investment
Following TKC’s announcement of an additional site last year, which would facilitate the company’s ambitious growth plans, the company has now confirmed the completion of its new state-of-the-art Customer Experience Centre.
The centre features 22 inspirational roomset designs which showcase the extensive TKC product range, including the latest colour, styling and product trends. TKC’s paint-to-order service featuring over 2,700 colours is highly prominent throughout, with digital interactivity helping customers learn more about the company’s products. Dedicated training facilities for both customers and their staff to use have also been incorporated into the building’s design, while the site also houses TKC’s additional automated paint line and new manufacturing capability.
Roy Saunders, CEO at TKC, said: “I’m absolutely delighted that the Customer Experience Centre is now complete and the calendar is filling rapidly with bookings to visit. We have a facility to be proud of, one that showcases the breadth and depth of our extensive product range. The response we’ve had so far has been phenomenal, with customers and prospective customers all taking inspiration from what they see, from products to digital POS through to seeing behind the scenes and the new machinery we’ve invested in.”
He added: “There’s no denying that the KBB market has been tough but we’ve traded strongly this year and I’m convinced our latest investment will be one of our foundations for future growth over the next few years. Customers who visited TKC in the past were always impressed with our people and passion, now they’re also leaving feeling more inspired having experienced what our product range can do for them and their business."
